These machines are suitable for lengthy parts that require tailstock support. The machine has small foot print and is ideal for machining rotor shafts, valves, forgings having higher L/D ratio.

Chuck Line:

Flexturn Series  (SLV0 / SLV1 / SLV2 / SLV3 )

Variety of components that are smaller in length can be machined  in 2 or 3 settings using chuck or collet mechanism.Depending on the number of tools required, Linear tooling or Turret slide can be integrated. Different models of machines relate to spindle power and chucking diameter of parts.

CNC 400 Seires

A machine that can be used with utmost flexibility.  Either a small or big size component or lengthy parts like shafts can be easily accommodated on these machines.

These machines can turn parts upto 200ø mm.  For components much bigger in size and length, machines from M/s.Romi, Brazil are recommended.
